A macrobiotic consultation has as main objective to give the individual tools so that the person can be responsible for their health and life in general. It focuses mainly on your eating habits but also covers emotional health, forms of exercise and lifestyle, as well as possible home remedies and other complementary therapies. In each session a diagnosis will be made based on questioning techniques and non-intrusive observation that includes diagnosis of the face, eyes, tongue, meridians and skin. After accurately advising your health condition, recommendations are made according to the objectives of each one. As a general rule, when the necessary conditions are given to the human body to regenerate itself, the results obtained are remarkable since it has immense potential.

Our consultants Simon Brown and Maria Gillott Borges are both direct students of Michio Kushi, each have more than 40 years of experience in this area and are among the most renowned worldwide. Simon is a renowned author with over 20 published books and Maria Gillott Borges specializes in women's health and education for young people and children.
