Macrobiotic Coaching Course
Personal growth and professional trainingThe "Macrobiotic Coaching" course is the second year of our training. It carries on the process of development and growth that began in the first year, the elementary course, however it focuses on developing the students ability to counsel others in their process of health.This training is certified by DGERT, entity that regulates professional training in Portugal, and is also approved by the International Macrobiotic Association in the United Kingdom. It develops throughout ten weekends in one year. At the end, the student will be able to work as a "Macrobiotic Coach" or "Macrobiotic Health Consultant".
The curriculum of this course focuses on the traditional disciplines of Macrobiotics, namely philosophy, bodywork and cooking. It gives an in-depth knowledge of the health process, the digestive, circulatory and nervous systems of the human being as well as the functioning of the five organs and the five main viscera. In addition to the study of internal energy, it also includes the study of external energy in arts such as Ki Astrology, Feng Shui and I Ching, which are essential for the training of a good Macrobiotic professional. It also has a practical character, giving the trainee the necessary experience and confidence to start their professional activity immediately after certification. It is taught by a team of renowned teachers at an international level.

Time: Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 18:00
