Filipa Silva has always been passionate about nature, food and philosophy studies, having practiced martial arts since she was a teenager (she is a black belt). As a result of his research on food and different ways of being in life, in 2007 he joined the Direction of the Portuguese Society of Naturalogy (SPN), where he gained knowledge about the practice of vegetarianism and the health benefits of this modality. In 2015 he graduated in Macrobiotics, Health and Self-transformation and also specialized in Counseling and Communication, at the Macrobiotic Institute of Portugal (IMP), where she was a macrobiotic assistant for three years. She has been a consultant on macrobiotics and life planning since 2015, as well as teaching on macrobiotic philosophy and vegetarianism in reference places, such as the Museu do Oriente. A continuing student of this philosophy, he developed and presented at the 2019 International Macrobiotic Conference the article 'The macrobiotic vision of destiny', which was later published in the international magazine 'Macrobiotics today'. She also has a degree in Mathematics Applied to Economics and Management since 2001 and a Master in Applied Econometrics and Forecasting since 2005, by the Higher Institute of Economics and Management at the University of Lisbon.
