After completing the Elementary and Coaching Courses in Macrobiotics, this level 3 is a year of specialization in Eastern Philosophy and Traditional Medicine according to the principles of modern macrobiotics. All major age-old diagnostic techniques will be developed, including the wrists, iris and tongue. In terms of therapies in addition to deepening the diet, it also includes Shiatsu, Home Remedies and Teas, Moxibustion and Acupuncture. This course is scheduled to start in October 2021.
