Courses

Our courses are divided into three levels, each with a duration of 120 hours and running over an academic year, one weekend a month. Level I is called the "Elementary Macrobiotics Course". The aim of this course is personal transformation, strengthening health and immunity and personal growth. Gives access to year 2, the Coaching course in Macrobiotics, after which the student is qualified to give consultations on food and health counseling. This course meets the requirements for enrollment as a professional with the UK based Macrobiotic Association. Our level 3 goes deep into traditional eastern medicine and is also a level of specialization and spiritual development. The teaching staff of the Macrobiotic School is, as a whole, possibly the most qualified worldwide and our courses are given by an entity certified by DGERT, the entity that certifies vocational training in Portugal.
