Barley Tea
A refreshing and draining tea ... perfect for after winter!
Water
Lemon and / or ginger peel
2. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of toasted barley.
3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Strain the tea and serve.
Note:
You can add lemon peel or a slice of ginger to your tea!

Preparation
1. Toast the barley grains in a frying pan until golden (you can toast a bigger amount and keep it in a glass jar)2. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of toasted barley.
3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Strain the tea and serve.
