Blanched Greens
Ingredients:
Greens to tasteInstructions:
1. Wash the greens, place them in a bowl with a lot of water, so that all the dirt sinks to bottom.2. Bring water to boil in a pot, add a pinch of salt and the chopped greens. With a drizzle of olive oil, it’s also delicious.
3. Let it boil for 3-5 minutes.
4. Serve and add a little more of olive oil if you feel it’s necessary.
