Orange and Kiwi Jelly

Ingredients:

3 cups (0.75lts) of sugar free apple juice
1tbs agar agar
2tbs of rice syrup
2tbs of arrowroot or corn starch
3 star anis
3 oranges
2 kiwis

Instructions:

1. In a pot add the apple juice, the agar agar, the rice syrup, the arrowroot, star anis and orange peel
2. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes, keep stirring so it doesn’t stick to the pan
3. Add the juice of 1 orange and turn off the heat, and remove the star anis and orange peels
4. In the meantime, peel the other two oranges and kiwis
5. Slice the oranges and then in half and the kiwis in slices
6. Place the fruit in glass bowls
7. Add the warm liquid over the fruit
8. Wait until it cools completely, place it fridge to speed the cooling process
9. Serve the jelly.

Notes:

If you want some of the fruit to remain in the bottom, place the fruit and liquid in layers e let each layer cool slightly before adding the next layer.
