Orange Gelly with Almond Snow
Ingredientes
Orange Gelly
5 cups of orange juice5 tablespoons agar-agar flakes
Pinch of salt
Orange slices to decorate
Almond Snow
Ground almonds, without skin1 jar of apple puree
Preparação
Orange Gelly
1. Mix the agar-agar into the juice and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.2. Bring to a boil and add a pinch of salt
3. If not sweet enough add a little rice or maple syrup
4. Pour into a dish to set up, add the orange slices on top
Almond Snow
1. Mix the ingredients into a thick cream2. Serve with the gelly
