Vegan Almond Pudding

At the end of the day, it will help you relax. However, I usually bake it in the beginning of the day, so that it’s ready by dinner time, otherwise there might not be enough time.

Ingredients:

Almond milk
Biscuits to taste
Corn starch
Coconut sugar or rice malt

Instructions:

1. Bring the milk to boiling point.
2. Mix 1 tablespoon of corn starch, to 1 cup of milk, in a cup of cold milk and add the warm milk.
3. keep stirring until it thickens and add the sweetener.
4. Serve warm or cold with biscuits to taste.
