Born in Verona, Itália, Angela Agrati is one of the main international references of the macrobiotic culinary. Her main teachers were Cornelia e Herman Aihara with whom she lived, studied and worked for two years, as a young woman, in Chico San in California. Back in Europe, Angela started her career in teaching and catering, having worked in different countries. She was a chef in the Macrobiotic Center in Berlin, at SHA Wellness Clinic in Valencia, at the restaurant Happy M Kitchen in Gothenburg, at the restaurant-cafe Lu-Ma Café in London and at the Green Shelters in Madrid, among others. Since the year 2000, she is the chef at the annual Festival One World, where she has cooked for more than 1000 people. She has also been a private chef for many celebrities. In the last few years she has dedicated herself to train macrobiotic catering professionals and teaching worldwide. She is the author of the book Cooking with Angela.
