Simon is a renowned author, professor and consultant of Macrobiotics, Feng Shui and Face reading. He wrote 19 books, many of which were translated into several languages, namely Modern Macrobiotics, Macrobiotics for Life, Secrets of Face Reading, Practical Feng Shui and The Feng Shui Bible. Simon started studying Macrobiotics in 1980 with Michio Kushi, Aveline Kushi and Shizuko Yamamoto. Later he studied Feng Shui with the Japanese master Takashi Yoshikawa. In the recent past he was president of the Macrobiotic Association and is currently president of the Feng Shui Society in the United Kingdom. His client portfolio includes major international corporations such as British Airways, Paris Airports and Body Shop, as well as numerous renowned stores and offices. Simon promoted the first Feng Shui courses in Europe with William Spear when he was the director of the East-West Center in London.
